Synergy Massage Institute (SMI) is a school of massage therapy in Metairie, Louisi ana. We’re a passionate group of spa professionals who started out back in 2007 when we opened our first Woodhouse Day Spa franchise. We’ve opened 6 spa locations in Louisiana in Slidell, Baton Rouge, Metairie, New Orleans, Mandeville and Altamonte Springs, Florida. There is a lot of demand f or skilled therapists and as successful spa owners we understand exactly what it takes for you to bu ild a successful career in massage therapy. Our goal is to provide the best education and real-world experience from industry professionals so that our students will have successful careers in massage therapy. We are a boutique school, offering a small class size of 14 students per semester with a low teacher-to-student ratio. Our 500-hour program focuses on individualized instruction, an d all clinicals are performed under the direct supervision of board-approved educators. We are proud to have an above-average national pass rate for the MBLEx and some of the most experienced educators in the New Orleans area.
